To communicate the benefits of Smart Banking Services from Raiffeisen Bank, we created a story told not through the bank’s voice, but a regular customer. It was a story told backwards. In this construction the bank has the role of a competent advisor, and the story goes through all the stages of a narrative – exhibition, plot, development, climax and conclusion – but adapted to the communication of advertising: from the happy ending (benefit) towards the baseline (meeting of the two characters / the call to action). The story came running backwards naturally. This communication platform is a three year success story that educates people on the benefits of smart banking services.
